A daily Ming Dynasty shirt best suited for those chilly spring and autumn days, the Egg Yolk 熟蛋 Ming Dynasty Shirt is made from a thicker, denser fabric as compared to typical cotton summer hanfu.

Contrasting collar that can be flipped down for a pop of color, or left flipped up for a sophisticated look. Choose from two classic sleeve styles: Pipaxiu 琵琶袖 or Gongdaixiu 弓袋袖.

The Pipaxiu 琵琶袖 (lute sleeves) are a refining characteristic of Ming clothing and create a dignified aura, all while remaining comfortable! The sleeves additionally act as great pockets for small items such as your lipstick~

Gongdaixiu 弓袋袖 (arrow sleeves) are like the name suggests, straight and slim. Recommended if you prefer to avoid adjusting sleeves all the time.

Choose from a variety of sweet and versatile shades, any color will pair great with a variety of other Ming garments:

Note that Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. To avoid wrong sizings, please refer to the sizing chart in the photos. Please measure in centimeters.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
